Snow & Ice Sculpture Festival

In a thermic enclosure, 16 cooling installations maintain a constant temperature of-5C/23F, while 40 artists from all over the world carved 400 tons of artificial snow and 300 tons of ice to create this magical winterpalace in Bruges.
